Our first vaccine clinic will be this Thursday, February 4!
Hi, everyone;
We just learned that the 12-6 appointment time was an error and that our clinic will be held from 10AM until 4PM instead. We are adjusting the 4-6 PM appointments. Everyone scheduled to receive a vaccination tomorrow still can, but some will do so at new times.
If you have an appointment tomorrow for the vaccine in the 12, 1, 2 or 3 pm windows: You can stop reading. Your schedule is the same. We look forward to seeing you and watching you get poked in the arm.
If your confirmed appointment was in the 4pm or 5pm windows: We need to reschedule you for earlier in the day. Our default will be that 4pm appointments come in the 11am window and 5pm (mostly the administrative team) will get their shots between 10 and 11. If that will not work for you, please get in touch with Patty or your Facilitator so that we can work you in somewhere else in the schedule. Patty will be in touch today to set up your new schedule and we have asked the facilitators to also get in touch.
We apologize for this. All communication up until today have been very clear about the noon-6PM window.
