What We Do

What We Do

Imagine carries out our mission through person-centered services and community-facing programs. Our core person-centered services include Supported Living Services (SLS) and Family Home Agency (FHA). SLS builds intensive and comprehensive services around each individual. FHA uses a family-centered model to provide individuals with stability and connection to the community they live in. We strive to improve communities for people with developmental disabilities through collaborative initiatives with like-minded partners and our own events such as our yearly Film Festival.

Person-Centered Advocacy
Imagine participates in policy-making at the state and local levels toward the goals of improving access to services, elevating person-centered models, reducing disparities in accessibility and improving the efficiency of the system.

Self Determination
Imagine can work through the  Self-Determination Program (SDP) to customize services for participating individuals.

Person-Centered Services Incubator
Imagine mentors and supports the creation of new agencies and programs that will serve underserved individuals in our community.
