Imagine provides Supported Living Services to adults with developmental disabilities, as well as case management services to individuals with physical disabilities through a Medicaid Waiver Service (HCBS).  At Imagine, each person designs and directs their own services to achieve their personal goals.  Imagine is committed to providing innovative, creative, and high quality services regardless of an individual’s disability.  We value all people and their inherent right to live the life that they wish and accomplish the goals that they set for themselves.

Imagine is a public benefit corporation (501C3) serving Santa Cruz County since 2002.

Imagine’s governerning documents, conflict of interest policy and financial documents are all available for public inspection during normal buisness hours.
